At West Dean, we work hard to ensure all children can access the curriculum and have a happy and successful time in school. All school adults know the children well and support and challenge them appropriately. Sometimes, children need additional or different provision, and we work together to make sure these children are well provided for and that we communicate with and involve parents and carers.
